JD LLC ("JD", "we") develops and publishes software, provides IT consulting, facilities management, data processing and hosting, information services, management consulting and educational support. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Schools as controllers
Data of students, parents and teachers in our platform belongs to the school. We process it as a processor under a data processing agreement, only to provide the service.
3. Children's data
Children's accounts are created by schools; we apply strict access limits and do not use children's data for advertising.
4. Clients
Contacts of school staff, contracts and invoices.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations, legitimate interests (security).
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent; requests about school data are handled together with the school. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
